Sarah began practicing yoga in 2007 and completed her 200-hour vinyasa yoga teacher training in Jackson Hole in 2017. She later completed the 500-hour LYT Yoga training, deepening her understanding of functional movement, biomechanics, and sustainable movement practices. Her teaching blends yoga, mobility, and strength work in a way that helps students feel capable, resilient, and connected to their bodies.
Outside the studio, Sarah holds a bachelor’s degree in Spanish and Linguistics from the University of Washington and spent time studying and working in Spain. Her love of travel, language, and connection continues to shape the way she teaches and experiences the world.
Teagan Schweitzer has been teaching yoga in Philadelphia for 20 years and has completed more than 2,000 hours of teacher training across multiple styles, including the 500-hour LYT Yoga training. Her classes combine functional movement, intelligent sequencing, and creative exploration to help students build strength, mobility, and confidence in their bodies.
